Demolition, site work and new construction of a playground / park / athletic field in St Catharines, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2,180-square-foot, one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the demolition of a playground / park / athletic field.
The Corporation of the City of St. Catharines is inviting tenders for the supply and delivery of all labour, equipment and materials necessary for the construction of a New Washroom Facility at Sunset Beach, 1 Lombardy Avenue, as further described in the RFT documents. The scope of work to include a single storey unheated structure, but not be limited to: a. Men's and Women's change and washrooms, separated by a breezeway; b. Cast-in-place concrete foundation support 8" thick block walls and 8" block partitions; c. Roof consisting of wood purlins supporting a T & G deck, covered with standing-seam, pre-finished metal roofing; d. Demolition of a small washroom building; e.
