The District School Board of Niagara (hereafter referred to as the DSBN) hereby invites submissions for Landscaping, Fencing & Tree Removal Services, Landscape & Plant Materials, and Outdoor Custom Aluminum Signage for pickup or delivery on an as needed basis for a three-year period beginning May 1, 2024, and ending April 30, 2027. Consideration will be given to renew the contract for 3 separate one-year periods ending April 30, 2030. The DSBN will be pre-qualifying multiple suppliers. Proponents may submit bids for any of the following categories: Category A - Landscaping, Fencing & Tree Removal Services Category B - Landscape & Plant Materials Category C - Outdoor Aluminum Custom Signage The DSBN shall pre-qualify Contractors/Suppliers for any or all of the categories based on the relevant experience, references provided and mandatory requirements. Each Category is reviewed and selected individually. Contractors/Suppliers that do not meet the original submission deadline are still eligible and encouraged to submit a proposal. Suppliers may submit a Pre-qualification proposal at any time throughout the duration of the contract. Additional Contractors/Supplier(s) will be added to the list as they are received and reviewed by DSBN staff. RFSQ 24151 will be reposted under the same bid number numerous times throughout the duration of the contract period in order to keep the bid process open. Once a Proponent has been qualified to provide the services as described herein under Contract 24151 they do not need to respond to further postings of this same Contract number. The DSBN was or is in contracts for the following services: Contract 22027- Miscellaneous Landscape, Fencing & Tree Removal Services expired December 31, 2023. Contract 23025- Miscellaneous Landscape, Fencing & Tree Removal Services expired December 31, 2023. Contract 22192- Bulk Landscape & Plant Materials expiring May 31, 2024. Contract 22193- Fencing, Signage, Hardware and Building Materials expiring May 31, 2024. DSBN will incorporate the scope of work, in part or whole, from Contracts 22192 & 22193 into this contract (24151 Landscaping, Fencing & Tree Removal Services, Landscape & Plant Materials, and Outdoor Aluminum Custom Signage) upon the expiry of Contracts 22192 & 22193 expiring May 31, 2024. Proponent(s) who have previously been qualified to provide the services for Contracts 22027, 23025, 22192 and 22193 or who are currently performing work for the DSBN must respond to this Contract 24151 Landscaping, Fencing & Tree Removal Services, Landscape & Plant Materials, and Outdoor Aluminum Custom Signage to be considered for future work assignment once contracts 22192 and 22193 expire, as well as the work described for this Contract 24151.
