The scope of this project is to demolish four (4) existing roof top exhaust (RTE) units, provide and install four (4) replacement RTE units and perform all necessary trades to bring new units on-line. These four units are specifically identified as being RTE-1, RTE-2, RTE-3, RTE-4 as identified in the design documents. The roofing system is to be protected during construction and architectural screen wall assemblies to be temporarily supported and re-braced. Project to include all necessary cranes and rigging to demolish existing equipment and install new rooftop mounted air handling units.Award shall be issued on the lowest responsive bid by a responsible bidder.
