A timeline for award has not yet been established.*** Furnishing all labor and/or materials and performing all work as set forth in the Contract Documents prepared by and for City of Frankfort, Frankfort Sewer Department .The project includes providing all construction supervision, labor, materials, tools, test equipment necessary for the Miami Trails Sanitary Sewer project which includes the installation of approximately 3,300 LF of 12-inch gravity sewers, 17 precast manholes, service connections to approximately 50 residential units, 1,100 LF of 6" sanitary lateral pipe, and demolition of one existing pump stations (PS). All Bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Bond of not less than five percent (5%) of the amount of the Bid executed . The City of Frankfort reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive all informalities and/or technicalities where the best interest of City of Frankfort may be served. Bid Number 22021006-68 Geotechnology Project No. J036560.01. KIA LOAN NO. A21-031 The Performance Bond shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Agreement (Contract) amount. The Payment Bond shall be in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Agreement (Contract) amount. The Warranty Bond shall be in the amount of five percent (5%) of the final construction cost amount (based on contractor's final pay request). The Erosion and Sediment Control Performance Bond shall be in the amount of 1% of the Total Project Cost in the Bid Form.
