Snow and Ice Removal Services at Various County Facilities Please contact Chris Hacker, Commissioners office at 513-887-3247 Bidders shall submit with their bid, a bid guaranty in the form of a Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the bid, or a Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or irrevocable letter of credit in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid as described in the contract documents. The initial term of this invitation to bid is for two (2) years and shall commence November 1, 2021, ending October 31, 2023. Upon mutual agreement, the contract may be renewed for up to three (3) additional terms of one (1) year each. Renewal Terms will be calculated based on the CPI-U, not seasonally adjusted, for the East North Central division of the Midwest Region, not to exceed 3% per renewal term. The Board of Butler County Commissioners reserves the right to waive informalities; to reject any and all bids or any portion of a bid; or to accept the bid of the lowest and best bidder as determined by the Board. Butler County reserves the right to award bids to multiple bidders. Bidders may receive bid awards for some but not all of the items on the specified list.
