The project includes procuring and installing approximately 2,200 LF of 2-inch to 8-inch HDPE pipe, four irrigation services, and one pressure reducing station. The project site is approximately 5 miles east of Odell, Oregon. Construction is to start around January 2022 and is anticipated to take two months. Facsimile and electronic bids will not be accepted. Any statements made by East Fork Irrigation District representatives, agents or employees at the pre-bid conference are not binding on the District unless confirmed by written addendum to the Contract Documents. The Contract is subject to the Davis-Bacon Act (4OUSC276a) and the applicable provisions of ORS 279C.800 through ORS 279C.870, the Oregon Prevailing Wage Law. The Project is being funded by the Confederated Tribes of the Warm Springs, Natural Resources Conservation Service, and East Fork Irrigation District. The Bidder shall provide his or her mailing address, email address, and telephone number when the Contract Documents are requested.
