Bids of $100,000 or more - Performance Bond - bond amount to be one hundred percent (100%) of total contract price. A Mandatory Pre-Qualifications Conference will be held on September 28, 2021 @ 10:00 a.m. at Collin County Community College District, Plano Campus, 2800 East Spring Creek Parkway, Room K234, Plano, TX 75074. All prospective respondents must have a representative in attendance in order to be considered for award of the contract. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submittals or parts of submittals and to award based on the best overall value submitted to the District with consideration given to price and capability to perform in accordance with the standard business practices and requirements of the solicitation.
