As of March 17, 2022, construction is underway and commenced February 2022 and will be complete June 2022. The City of McKinney, Texas ("City") is seeking a Design / Build firm (the "D/B") to perform typical and complete design / build services in conjunction with the design and rehabilitation of the McKinney Silos working with the City staff and any appropriate consultants. Submittal Deliveries: The City of McKinney cannot guarantee, due to internal mail delivery procedures, that any submittals sent priority mail will be picked up from the post office by city mail employees and delivered to Procurement Services by the closing date and time. It is recommended that submittal deliveries be made either in person or via an alternate delivery method ensuring delivery to the physical address. Respondents shall bear full responsibility for ensuring that the submittal is delivered to the specified location by due date and time. Late submittals will be rejected as non-responsive.
