Major quantities of the Work include approximately: Item Quantity Unit Full Depth Reclamation (P) 49,500 SY Mill Bituminous Surface 25,000 SY Common Excavation 5,000 CY Sediment Removal 2,000 CY Organic Topsoil Borrow (LV) 2,100 CY Aggregate Base Placed, Salvaged 500 CY Bituminous Mixture 17,600 Ton Storm Sewer, 15" - 18" RCP 550 LF Concrete Curb & Gutter 28,500 LF Concrete Walk 10,500 SF Concrete Driveway Pavement 1,750 SY Retaining Wall (F&I, S&I) 5,000 SF Pavement Striping-Paint 18,000 LF Sodding, Type Mineral & Fescue 13,000 SY Seeding 6,000 SY The Issuing Office for the Bidding Bid security in the amount of 5 percent of the Bid must accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A Contractor responding to these Bidding Documents must submit to the City/Owner a signed statement under oath by an owner or officer verifying compliance with each of the minimum criteria in Minnesota Statutes, section 16C.285, subdivision 3. This Work shall be subject to minimum wages and labor standards in accordance with Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wages for State Funded Construction Projects for Isanti County. The City reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the City. Evan C.
