The Department of Military Affairs is seeking a contractor to furnish and install one (1) Titus Model # DESV (or approved equal) Variable Air Volume (VAV) terminal, Johnson Controls hardware and programing, ducting and hydronic piping to the existing Air Handling Unit (AHU) to facilitate AC to an office area (Room 206) at the Cambridge AFRC in Cambridge, MN. The AC system must be totally operational and performing as designed at the completion of the project. All electrical work associated with this project is the responsibility of the contractor. Cost includes all supplies, materials, equipment, labor, travel, mobilization and incidentals necessary for successful completion of work. Questions should be emailed to the contact by 2:00 P.M. It is desired that work be completed by September 30th, 2022; however, the term of this contract is anticipated to be from August 2022 to 30 December 2022, with the option to extend up to an additional (6) six months in increments determined by the State The estimated total dollar value of the contract for one year is $25,000 to $30,000. Responses that exceed $50,000.00 must be accompanied by a surety bond of a surety company duly authorized to do business in the State of Minnesota; in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total amount of the response, which is submitted as a solicitation security conditioned upon the Responder entering into a contract with the State of Minnesota in accordance with the terms of the solicitation. Responders must upload a copy of their surety bond as prompted in the solicitation. Responder must provide any license agreements, maintenance agreements, or any other terms and conditions relevant to the work under a resulting contract. Review and approval by the State will be required prior to contract execution. In the event Responder fails to comply with this provision, Responder agrees that it will not seek to enforce terms and conditions of any such agreement against the State. Further, failure to provide any of the pertinent documents upon request may result in the State not agreeing to sign any additional documents, rejecting your response, or cancelling the award.
