The project consists of all labor, equipment, tools, supplies, and material, and performance all operations in connection with the rehabilitation of the bridge to include completion of repairing, sealing and coating, and various other bridge improvements at the bridges identified. The Project generally encompasses the following: The projects are located at the bridge nos. 904510: 112th St. over Caloosa Channel, 904512: 116th St. over Venice Waterway, and 904540: Coco Plum Drive over Bonefish Bay, and consists of the rehabilitation of the bridges in the form of repairing spalled areas, sealing or coating concrete surfaces, reinforcing steel and prestressing strand splices. Any bids received after 3:00 PM on said date will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. The City assumes no responsibility for bids not properly marked. Prospective Bidders shall not contact or otherwise communicate with City staff or City officials except as set forth in Paragraph 4.1 of Section 00200, Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, except timely submission of bids, in any bids received, to re-advertise for bids or to take any other such actions that may be deemed in the best interest of the City. As a matter of information to Bidders, the City does not bind itself to accept the minimum specifications stated herein, but reserves the right to accept any bid, which in the judgment of the City Council will best serve the needs and interests of the City. BID DOCUMENTS OBTAINED FROM ANY SOURCE OTHER THAN DEMANDSTAR MAY NOT BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, AND EACH POTENTIAL BIDDER ASSUMES ALL RISKS BY ITS RELIANCE ON SUCH DOCUMENTS. ANY BIDDER WHO HAS NOT OBTAINED THE ITB DOCUMENTS FROM DEMANDSTAR WILL NOT BE NOTIFIED OF ANY ADDENDA ISSUED BY THE CITY, WHICH COULD CONTAIN MATERIAL CHANGES THERETO (SUCH AS ADDITIONS OR CHANGES TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, EXTENSIONS OF TIME, ETC.)
