Madison County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check of the BIDDER, or a Bid Bond prepared on the form of a bid bond as included herein, duly executed by the BIDDER as principal and having as surety thereon a surety company licensed by the State of Mississippi and signed by an agent resident in Mississippi, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid. BIDDER also proposes to execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, as shown in the Specifications, each in an amount of not less than one hundred percent (100%) of the total of the Base Bid.
