Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Rock Springs, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Contract A: Work on the Project also includes construction of Holtz Heritage Subdivision. New street and underground utility construction of Tenpenney Lane and Will Street, including excavation, grading, base course, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, water main, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Contract A: Lift Stations Work of the Project includes replacements of two existing lift stations and upgrading to a third lift station, including demolition of existing lift stations, grading, base course, steel platform, electrical, force main, sanitary sewer, furnishing and installing pumps, and restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Contract B: Mobile Engine Electrical Generator: Furnish a mobile diesel engine-generator set system and accessories, with an outdoor, sound attenuating enclosure, skid-mounted on trailer with a sub-base fuel oil tank and interconnecting piping, starting batteries and battery support, 120-volt charger, and engine exhaust silencing system. In addition, furnish generator set plugs, receptacles, and cables for connection of the mobile generator set to the Owner's wastewater lift stations during power outages. Job site testing and Owner operation and maintenance training shall be provided by the manufacturer's authorized representative. Contract C: Work on the Project includes reconstruction of the West Broadway storm sewer. Reconstruction of the storm sewer and road patch including excavation, grading, base course, storm sewer, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, restoration of the work area, and other miscellaneous items in conformance with the Contract Documents. Work on the Project also includes construction of Holtz Heritage Subdivision.
