Work includes the construction of a new municipal facility including Village offices, Public Works/Fire Department Garage, Library, Community Center, and warming kitchen on a new site. Site work includes new utility stubs to building pad, mass grading, building pad excavation and backfill for new buildings, finish grading and site restoration, curbing, paving, striping, and site lighting. The building is 8,990 SF single story, wood frame construction. The building shell is slab on grade with frost wall foundations, engineered wood siding, partial stone veneer, vinyl windows, aluminum storefront entries, pre-engineered wood trusses, asphalt shingles, gutters and downspouts. A CMU fire barrier serves as a fire area separation between garage and offices.
