As of January 13th, this project has been awarded. No start/end dates for work have been confirmed. The City Council is intending to vote on the potential project award at the January 12 Council meeting. The renovation of an existing 20,000sf pre-engineered metal building, to convert the existing building from a Wellness Center to a Police Department. The majority of the renovation work is interior related, although some exterior improvements are included. Work scopes include (but are not limited to) civil, demolition, concrete, masonry, structural steel, carpentry & steel stud work, windows & doors, interior finishes, accessories, MEP, fire protection, IT, AV, & security. Bid Award: Anticipated January 13, 2021 per expected Viroqua City Council review and approval process. Construction Start: After Notice to Proceed, Anticipated to be January 18, 2021.
