Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Working plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The City of Viroqua, Vernon County, Wisconsin, is soliciting proposals from qualified firms for architectural services for the construction of a new City Hall and Police Station. The project will also include construction of a community safe room built to FEMA P-361 standards. This RFP is seeking services for concept/preliminary design, final design, bidding, and construction administration services. Proposals will be evaluated based on the following in order of importance: (1) Related Project Experience, (2) Understanding of the Project, (3) Fee Schedule, and (4) Personnel Assigned to Project (Project Team). No more than 3 firms will be selected to make in-person presentations to Architect Selection Committee on February 24, 2020. Presentations will take place between 5:00 and 6:30pm that day. As of February 2, 2021, the design firm has been selected. Construction is slated to begin on April 1, 2021.
