The project budget is approximately $2.5 - $3.5m The District is requesting statements of qualifications from licensed general contractors for Construction Manager at Risk (CMR) construction services for RFQ 22-02-22 Laguna Elementary School Renovations ("Project") located at 5001 N Shannon Rd, Tucson, AZ 85705. The District is not required to obtain permits or pay permit fees pursuant to the provisions of A.R.S. 34-461(D) and (G). The District will award a single contract for the Project. The District will require the selected firm to be able to proceed with required services within two (2) weeks after award of the work, and that a principal of the firm selected be assigned to the District's Project Offerors who have questions about this RFQ are required to submit their questions in writing to Mark VanDero at Mark.VanDero@fwusd.org. All questions must be submitted by September 30, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. local time. Responses will be addressed in an Addendum to the RFQ if necessary. It is the intent of the District to award a single contract. This contract will consist of Construction Manager At Risk services for Laguna Elementary School Renovations ("Project") located at 5001 N Shannon Road, Tucson, AZ 85705 RFQ Awarded November 9, 2021 Contractor shall provide payment and performance bonds in accordance with the requirement set forth by Arizona Administrative Code Rule 7-2-1103 in the full amount of the guaranteed maximum price contract. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
