Project No: 19234 Rule 2 Infrastructure, Reedley College Subcontractors do not need to prequalify in order to bid on this project but are encouraged to prequalify for this project and other CUPCCAA projects Prospective bidders shall be required to have a valid Class C-10 Contractor's License. Bids must be accompanied by a bidder's bond or certified check for at least ten (10%) of the amount of the bid and payable to the District The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Payment Bond, a Performance Bond, Workers Compensation and General Liability, and Builder's Risk Insurance as required by the Contract Documents. The successful bidder shall also be required to enter into a written agreement on a form provided by the District. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive any informality in the receiving of bids, and consider quality, convenience, and reasonable qualifications as well as price in making awards
