Site work for a road / highway in Sequim, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Bids received at any location or time other than the location and time referenced above will be rejected and returned unopened. It is the Bidders responsibility to ensure the Citys timely receipt of the bid. This contract calls for replacement of signal heads, pedestrian heads, pedestrian push buttons, and traffic signal cabinets of select city intersections. The Engineers Estimate range is $475,000 to $575,000. The locations include: Intersection of Washington Street and Sequim Avenue Intersection of Washington Street and 3rd Avenue Bidders may obtain a copy of the Contract Provisions, Plans and Bid Proposal Form, free of charge, in electronic format (PDF via email) along with registration as a plan-holder through the City of Sequim Public Works Office. Requests may be faxed to ((360) 681-0552) or emailed to (pub works@sequimwa.gov). Bid Proposals are to be submitted only on the Proposal Form provided to registered plan-holders . All Bid Proposals must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, money order, or bid bond payable to the City of Sequim and in an amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the total amount bid. The City of Sequim expressly reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive minor irregularities or informalities and to award the project to the lowest responsive, responsible bidder as it best serves the interests of the City. The City of Sequim in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, Nondiscrimination in Federally Assisted Programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises as defined at 49 CFR Part 26 will be afforded full opportunity tosubmit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for anaward. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
