The City of Sequim, a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to plan and oversee drilling and testing of a new deep well, and to provide associated documentation and ancillary services. The Scope of Work includes the following required elements and other optional elements: 1. Outline a draft report of examination for a new deep water supply production well at the City's Silberhorn wellfield with information required by RCW 90.03.265 that is immediately available, as well as potential mitigation options consistent with WAC 173-518. 2. Prepare bid documents for drilling and testing a test well and developing a production well. 3. Supervise well drilling and testing. 4. Prepare a technical report (stamped) with details of the well drilling and testing, including recommendations for developing the well as a production well.
