Site work for a water / sewer project in Rockdale, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Project No.: 2021-110-12 This project includes approximately, but not limited to the following: Base Bid o Furnish and Install 1,180 LF of 6" Wastewater Line by Open Cut; o 2 EA - Furnish and Install Manholes; o 1 EA - Core & Connect to Existing Manhole; o 1 EA - Connect to Existing Wastewater Line; o 20 LF - Removal and Replacement of Existing Fence Line; o Deflection, Air and Manhole Vacuum Testing; including connecting to existing Manhole and associated construction and testing activities. Bids must be submitted on the Bid Form provided and must be accompanied by a cashier's check, certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable without recourse to the City of Rockdale, Texas in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the bid submitted as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into a contract and execute a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond within ten (10) days after the notification of the award of the contract. The City of Rockdale reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids, as the best interest of the City may require, and to waive any informality in bids received. Time and Order for Completion - 120 calendar days
