The Project consists of constructing approximately 9,925 linear feet of 6" waterline, and 650 linear feet of 12" waterline, including fire hydrants, valves, meters and appurtenances. Although EPA's policy does not mandate that the fair share goals be achieved, it does require applicants and prime contractors to demonstrate use of the six affirmative steps.
