Renovation of an educational facility in Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A bid bond is required with this bid in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount. Certified payrolls are required with each invoice or pay application. A performance, labor and materials bond will be required to cover 100% of the project. No faxed, telephone or e-mailed bids will be accepted. Late submittals will not be considered. All questions must be in writing and should be directed to Jon Laing, Chief Financial Officer at: Bids2016@lansingschools.net, no later than 5:00 PM on Friday, February 18, 2022. Addendums will be posted on the Lansing School District's web-site and SIGMA as they are issued.
