ACCEPTING QUESTIONS VIA EMAIL UNTIL: Jan. 12th, 2022 @ 5:00 p.m. local time The sites are located, Ottawa Building: 611 W. Ottawa St., Lansing, MI 48933 Hannah Building: 608 W. Allegan St., Lansing, MI 48933 Replacement of existing window system with new glazed aluminum framed systems: storefront and ribbon window. The work includes a complete installation including flush aluminum door at Atrium level, glazing, sealants, corrective flashing adjustments, cleaning drainage routes at stone wall panels. The temporary construction barriers to assure weather protection from outside elements and construction separation from the interior office space to control dust/ debris and minimize noise shall be a part of this project's scope. The Work, replacement of existing aluminum framed windows system at Ottawa and Hannah Buildings with new energy efficient glazed storefront and window wall systems. Associated work includes cleaning drainage ways at window's head, new flashing, sealants, repairs at drywall/plaster finish at jambs and head.
