Questions are submitted online No Closing Date 12/08/2021 10:00 AM EST - Bid Deposit Required - Insurance Required - Local Service Required - Warranty Information Required 1. Review existing heating systems within Suites C and D, includingradiators. 2. Engineer and install a return air duct system utilizing metal ductwork, sized to provide adequate return air for optimal function of heating system. Return air system shall be installed above existing finished ceiling and include new return air grilles compatible with ducts and the existing finished ceiling. 3. Inspect and assess existing supply duct system, make required repairs for proper operation and distribution. Ensure that fire suppression system above existing finished ceiling has adequate heat to prevent freezing after return air duct system is installed (currently the area above the drop ceiling acts as the return air plenum). 4. Furnish and Install a new, properly sized commercial high efficiency air filter designed to filter particulate matter (PM), chemical pollutants and biological contaminants. Size and installation per manufacturers written specifications so warranty is ineffect. 5. Furnish and install a new, properly sized commercial UV air purifier that uses UV-C light technology. Size and installation per manufacturers written specifications so warranty is in effect. 6. Clean existing supply air ducts and grilles and return airgrilles. 7. Clean existing bathroom ventilation ducts and grilles (4 bathrooms total, 2 in Suite C and 2 in Suite D. 8. Furnish and install all materials required to protect employee work areas and office furnishings from dust, debris, damage and dirt during construction. 9. Protect and reinstall all ceiling tiles and grid removed to complete specified work 10. Include all required permits.
