RFB 22-CPPM-02 Film/Video/Graphics Relocation/Renovation Building F The Work includes, but is not limited to, the renovation of approximately 4,185 SF in Building F to reconfigure two general classrooms, a computer classroom, an Open Mac Lab, and adjacent hallway into Film/Video/Graphics suite that will include a Video Classroom, Video Production Studio, Sound Room, Graphics Classroom, Open Mac Lab, three offices, and an adjacent hallway. Existing audio-video components shall be relocated as part of the construction scope in accordance with the Contract Documents. Existing non-fixed furnishings will be removed and relocated by the College for use in the renovated spaces. The College will disconnect/reconnect all computers. Frederick Community College (FCC) is seeking bids from qualified contractors for construction services related to the Film/Video/Graphics Relocation/Renovation Building F project per all specifications, requirements, terms, and conditions stated in the RFB documents posted on the Frederick Community College Bid Board. Vendor will provide all materials for this project. Please refer to RFB 22-CPPM-02 when inquiring about this solicitation.
