Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service, Foreign Disease-Weed Science Research Unit (FDWSRU) located in Building 374 on the military base in Fort Detrick, Maryland has a need for a Roof Replacement. The project consists of removing the existing asphalt shingles roof system to the deck, repairing damaged decking, installing approved roofing system, and accessory other tasks as specified. General Information Magnitude of Construction: Between $100,000 and $250,000 The resulting contract will be a Firm Fixed-Price award. The solicitation is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS Code is 238160 Roofing Contractors. The small business size standard is $19 million. Period of performance is 98 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
