Site work for a civil project in Port St Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The intent of the City is to procure the services of one (1) qualified Contractor related to the construction of a 24-inch force main from the Westport Wastewater Treatment Plant to the Glades Booster Pump Station. The Contractor shall furnish all labor and materials to perform the 24-inch force main extension within Phase 2 and Phase 3 of the project limits noted on the design plans, consisting of approximately 19,000 LF of 24-inch PVC pipe, with seven (7) fusible PVC directional bores totaling 15,000 LF as shown on the plans. The project shall include all other miscellaneous piping, valves, line stops, air release valves (ARV), fittings, couplings, accessories and appurtenances, site restoration, testing, flushing, pressure testing of the force main, connections to existing force main, obtaining all required permits, compliance with permit conditions, maintenance of traffic in accordance with the City of Port St. Lucie Standards / FDEP / FDOT, paving, swale regrading, restoration and any other items depicted on the drawings and described in these documents and reference materials.
