Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Port St Lucie, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The City of Port St. Lucie desires to obtain quotations from qualified individuals, firms, and legal entities relative to the Alcantarra Boulevard Sidewalk Construction Project. This work shall be in accordance with the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Local Agency Program (LAP) and based on plans and specifications of the bid documents. The Contract period is estimated at one hundred fifty (150) calendar days with no option for renewal. It is the intent of the City to enter into a unit price contract with one (1) qualified General Contractor to provide all the labor, supervision, equipment, machinery, tools, materials, permits, transportation, utilities, and other incidentals required to complete the work in accordance with the Contract Documents for the Alcantarra Boulevard Sidewalk Project from Port St. Lucie Boulevard to Savona Boulevard. All work shall be in accordance with the Construction Plans prepared by American Consulting Engineers of Florida, LLC consisting of pages 1 - 45. The approved license for this project is a State of Florida General Contractor license. It is the Contractor's responsibility to verify with the City's Building Department that they possess the proper City licenses to perform the work prior to submitting a bid.
