Renovation of an educational facility in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 1,450-square-foot, three-story above grade educational facility.
Written Inquiries due on September 24, 2021. The scope of the project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of two existing boilers with a new boiler at Brookdale Elementary School. Work shall also include new piping and insulation, new pumps and other associated equipment, and integration with existing controls. Bids will be accepted from a single general contractor for a lump sum bid only.
