The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or minor defects and to reject any or all bids and to readvertise and rebid and/or negotiate with any or all bidders. Each bidder must deposit bid security with the bid in the amount of 5% of the total bid which is subject to conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. The bidder to whom the Contract is awarded will be required to deposit a Performance and Statutory Payment bond in the amount of 100 % of the bid. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within thirty (30) calendar days after the opening thereof.
