Renovation of an educational facility in Orem, Utah. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
This project is looking at the buildings' exterior doors only for upgrades to the security card readers and making sure they meet ADA requirements. This project is a continuation of this work from phase one. This project encompasses a number of buildings. The base bid shall include all work and materials associated with work in buildings identified as part of the "Base Bid" as outlined in the plans & specs. Including but may not be limited to the LC "Losee Student Success Center", the CS "Computer Sciences and Engineering", and the GT "Gunther Technology" buildings. Construction Cost Estimate: $660,000.00 Pre- Qualification : YES
