Renovation of a fire / police facility in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fire / police facility.
Bristol Township Police Department Locker Room Renovations and Fitness Area. Instructions Submitting Electronic Bids, including but not limited to a Bid Bond or Certified Check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the Bid amount payable to the Township of Bristol and proof of insurance is required. The successful Bidder shall be required to furnish performance bond for 100% of the amount of the contract, payment bond for 100% of the amount of the contract, and maintenance bond in such form as meets the approval of the Township of Bristol and having as security thereon such Surety company or companies as are approved by the Township of Bristol and anticipated to be awarded by Township Council at their October 21, 2021, Council meeting. This project is subject to applicable provisions of Act 422, Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, as amended, and the prevailing minimum wage rates issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry for work valued at over Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000). The project is subject to applicable requirements of the Township's Responsible Contractor Ordinance for work valued at over Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000). No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the date set for the opening of the bids. Bristol Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any cause whatsoever, to eliminate any item or items from the contract, and to waive any informality in the bids.
