Each bid must be made upon the prescribed forms furnished with the Specifications, including the non-collusion affidavit,. Bids must be accompanied, in the case of corporations not chartered in New Jersey, by proper certification that such corporation is authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey. all contractors bidding on this project must be registered with the NJ Department of Labor and proof of registrations is required at the time of bid submission. If awarded a contract, your company/firm will be required to comply with the provisions of Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 This contract is subject to the "Municipal Mechanics' Lien Law", amended July 25, 1996, and the Financial Standards for Surety Bond Companies, effective January 10, 1996. All bids shall be irrevocable, not subject to withdrawal and shall stand available for a period of sixty (60) days. The Borough of Oradell reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bids received and to accept the bid from the lowest possible bidder
