Site work for a mixed-use development in Buckeye, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and water / sewer project.
As of August 21, 2023, information regarding award has been identified. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: To support upcoming development around the Perryville and McDowell intersection, this project includes sewer main and regional drainage scope as described below. Approximately 8,500 LF of sewer line will be installed within Perryville Road starting from Van Buren Street and running north. The alignment generally runs along the west side of Perryville Road and ranges from 15' to 24'depths. There is an existing sleeve under the I-10 Freeway that will allow the sewer to be pushed through the sleeve and pass through the ADOT Right of Way without open excavation. This scope is expected to start in the late fall of 2021.
