The rehabilitation of the existing lift station including but not limited to lift station wet well cleaning, T-lock lining inspection, abrasive blasting and recoating of above ground valves, piping, miscellaneous appurtenances and demolition and rehabilitation of on-site bollards. Lift station wet well rehabilitation to include T-lock repairs as directed by engineer, abrasive blasting and recoating of wet well piping and replacement of the stainless-steel pump lifting chains. It shall be the contractors responsibility to develop a method to keep the flow lines active throughout construction. A cashier's check or bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount must accompany each bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide performance, payment and maintenance bonds for the full amount of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Please read the new Special Conditions of the Agreement Part A and be prepared to comply with same. Contractor is required to submit TEC Form 1295 (Certificate of Interested Parties) with their bid. If plans, specifications and bid documents are not initially available for download, they will be available for review at the office of the Engineer. The Contractor hereby agrees to begin work within ten (10) calendar days after written Notice to Proceed has been given by Engineer. Contractor hereby also agrees to achieve Final Completion of the Work within seventy (70) calendar days after the date of the written Notice to Proceed.
