Description

Demolition and site work for an educational facility in Bakersfield, California. Completed plans call for the demolition of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility.

Demo existing building and haul off. Contractor shall raze existing building to natural grade, including but not limited to wood foundation and concrete stairs. Contractor shall include all hauling, permit and dump fees. KHSD is responsible to disconnect all existing utilities. Liquidated Damages $1,000.00 per calendar day All questions must be received by the Kern High School District, Richard J. Ruiz, in written form [FAX (661) 827-3309] a minimum of seven (7) days prior to bid opening date
