The Northern Indiana Commuter Transportation District (NICTD) is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for Double Track Project Four. DT Project 4 is one of seven construction projects comprising NICTD's Double Track or DT Project and is the project generally consisting of construction work and services related to site clearing, surface parking, drainage, pavement, striping and retaining walls as described in the Contract Documents. NICTD's Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation goal for this project is twenty percent (20%) of the bid price. Bidders are required to make good faith efforts to meet or exceed NICTD's goal. NICTD reserves its rights as stated in the Instructions to Bidders and under Applicable Law.
