The Poplar Bluff School District (District) is seeking sealed proposals from highly qualified firms or individuals (Service Provider) for audio/visual system upgrades as outlined in this RFP. Services shall include, at a high level, the discovery and design of all proposed systems, complete installation and implementation of proposed systems, and end-user training on installed systems Deadline for Inquiry/Scheduling On-site Visit: 10/06/2021, 3:00 p.m. CT Additional details and/or scheduling on-site visits related to the RFP should be directed via email to aaronbadgley@pb.k12.mo.us or by phone at 573-785-1021 no later than 3:00 p.m. CT on the inquiry deadline date. Award of the contract will be made to the bid participant whose bid conforms, as specified in this document, and that is most advantageous to the District, price, and other factors being considered. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids or parts thereof. Selected Service Provider must be able to submit invoices with serial numbers for each item leased and/or purchased. Contract award will be contingent upon approval by the Board of Education. The Kay Porter Theater is a 277-seat performing arts center located on the campus of the Poplar Bluff Middle School. Originally built in 2000, the Kay Porter Theater serves as the home for the productions and performances of the Poplar Bluff High School Drama Team as well as many meetings and events throughout the school community.
