Renovation of a municipal facility in Farmville, Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

Bids received after the announced time and date for submittal, whether by mail or otherwise, will be rejected. Bidders are responsible for ensuring their Bid is received before the deadline indicated. Bids submitted by telephone, telegraph, email, text message, or facsimile shall not be accepted. The Work generally consists of replacement of the existing air-cooled chiller and pumps, along with providing a temporary chiller in order to facilitate the replacement while the building remains occupied. - Will be furnished and installed by Contractor so that cooling to building is maintained at all times. Maximum time chiller can be on site is 4 weeks to limit parking disturbance. Size shall be similar to existing/ new chiller, plus or minus 10%. Power to this temporary chiller must be coordinated and using the new chiller circuit, not the existing chiller electrical circuit. The Work generally consists of replacement of the existing air-cooled chiller and pumps, along with providing a temporary chiller in order to facilitate the replacement while the building remains occupied Submit questions electronically. Responses will be in the form of addenda if required. Time for Completion is 154 calendar days to Substantial completion. Final Completion shall be within 60 days after the date of Substantial completion.
