Renovation and addition to an educational facility in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 77,847-square-foot, 1,300-seat educational facility; and for the addition of a two-story above grade educational facility.
GH Phipps Wyoming (CMAR) and Laramie County Community College (Owner) are requesting subcontractor and supplier bids for the above referenced projects in Cheyenne, Wyoming. 100% CD Set: The following trades will be awarded off of the 100% CD Set: Survey, Selective Demolition, Building Concrete, Site Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Metal Fabrications, Rough Carpentry, Millwork, Damproofing, Metal Wall Panels, Soffit Panels, Membrane Roofing, Caulking, Door Material, Door Installation, Storfront, Glass and Glazing, Drywall, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Wood Sports Flooring, Painting, Specialties, Window Treatments, Elevators, Fire Sprinklers, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Earthwork, Drilled Micropiles, Asphalt, Landscaping, Utilities. The project will include an approximate 77,847 GSF Athletic Facility Renovation Each Subcontractor will be required to comply with the provisions of the Wyoming State Workers Compensation Law, and with all other applicable laws, State, Federal, and Local, affecting the work. Each Bidder shall inform himself of all Wyoming Statutes applicable to construction contracts, and his failure to do so shall not constitute any basis for claim against the Owner or GH Phipps Wyoming.
