As of August 22, 2023, a design/build firm has been been awarded and construction is underway. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Design Build services for finishing shelled areas, and other improvements of the Cheyenne Public Safety Center (CPSC) facility, for the City of Cheyenne, Cheyenne Police Department. The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming invites Construction Firms (hereinafter referred to as the "Proposer" or "Firm") to submit qualifications ("proposals") to provide design build services for finishing shelled areas, and other improvements of the Cheyenne Public Safety Center facility. The City of Cheyenne reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, and to waive any formality or technicality in the Proposals in the interest of the City.
