The purpose and intent of this Quick Quote is to conduct a one-time solicitation to obtain a fixed price per tree, to furnish all labor, materials, tools, equipment, insurance and supervision to conduct Tree Felling at Crow's Nest Natural Area Preserve (CNNAP), located in Stafford County, Virginia 22554. Award will be made on a grand total basis. The contractor shall provide a fixed price bid to include the following minimum specifications to fell, cut in half and leave on-site approximately 102 trees (primarily dead Ash trees) located along the South side of Brooke Road at CNNAP. All work associated with this project shall be completed according to section F below. Work to be completed from Monday-Friday beginning at 8:00AM and coordinated with James Watling 540-824-2019. A site visit, if one has not already been conducted is REQUIRED prior to bidding.
