Sealed bids for the construction of an 810,000-gallon clearwell to serve the Marion County Regional Water District The project consists of the following: Removal of existing 600,000-gallon steel clearwell, Construction of an 810,000-gallon, Fusion Powder Coated Bolted Steel Tank, Construction of Geodesic Aluminum Dome and Cover Roof, Construction of Baffle Walls, Preparation and stabilization of existing ring-wall footing and oil-sand pad, Disconnect and Reinstall Electrical, Install Chlorine Analyzer sample line and Disinfect new Clearwell, Various Valves, Accessories, Appurtenances and Everything Necessary for a Complete Installation. Information for Bidders, Bid Forms, Form of Contract, Plans and Specifications, Bid Bond Form, Performance and Payment Bond Forms, and other Contract Documents may be examined by appointment only at the office of the Engineer, or at the Marion County Regional Water District office, 108 Water Plant Point, Bull Shoals, Arkansas 72619. Each bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount for and subject to the conditions provided in the Information for Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all bids. No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
