PBA Bldgs 60-020 and 60-021 Fire Alarm Upgrade Request for Quotation (RFQ) W519TC-23-Q-2125 The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Rock Island (ACC-RI) is contemplating award of a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order contract to upgrade fire alarm systems in buildings 60-020 and 60-021 located at Pine Bluff Arsenal (PBA) to fully comply with the most recent National Fire Protection Agency (NFPA), Unified Facilities Criteria (UFC), and International Building Code (IBC) guidance. The requirements shall be completed in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), and specifications contained in this solicitation. This is a combined synopsis and solicitation prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
