Question: Is it possible to get a satellite aerial view of the , drawing the route you will want the work trucks to use and the staging area for both buildings PBA 10-030 & PBA 10-040 Answer: Planning to move the current occupants parking area to 10-020 to free up the parking areas around each building for material staging and working space for the contractor. There are no restrictions on google earth or any other commercially availibile satellite imagery of PBA nor would we require a specific route to get from Plainview or Dexter gate to get to the job . If you do not currently have access to PBA, please contact the Points of Contact above to request PBA Access Forms. Please include the following in the subject line of your request: "W519TC-23-Q-2428 ACCESS FORMS" c. All PBA Access Forms shall be completed and returned to the POC no later than 1000 CT on Tuesday, 03 October 2023. Access to PBA will be granted contingent upon successful background check required of all visitors to PBA. If a form is submitted in preparation for attendance, you will only be contacted if you are NOT granted access to PBA. d. Prior to the , please proceed to the PBA Plainview Gate. Do NOT attempt to enter the Gate. Just before the gate, turn left and enter the parking lot. The Pass & ID Office is the southernmost of the two buildings. The PBA Representative will meet all attendees at the Pass and ID Office. If you do not currently have access to PBA, please plan to be at the Pass and ID office one hour prior to the beginning of the . The purpose of the is to ensure all contractors are able to inspect the work in order to be able to put together a realistic and completive quote. The PBA Representative will not answer any questions at the . All questions shall be submitted to the Contract Specialist and Contracting Officer no later than Monday, 09 October 2023, at 0900 CT. A future amendment will be published listing all questions and answers for potential Contractors to view prior to the deadline for quote submission.
