Upgrade and modernization of the existing Cantex dry well / wet well lift station and electrical components. The project will consist of conversion of the existing lift station to a wet well submersible type station including: wet well rehabilitation with new flat top, pumps, 6" discharge piping, rails, and floats; the removal of the existing Cantex Dry Pit, pumps, valves, and appurtenances as shown on the plans; installation of new 7' dia. valve vault on concrete pad with air release, check, and plug valves; installation of new bypass connection; installation of concrete pads around the new wet well /valve pit area; electrical coordination; new controls, installation of new meter base; installation of bubble mixer; removal and replacement of existing sign; and demolition of the lift station, valve vault, and controls including filling a portion of the dry well with flowable fill before new valve vault pad is built on top. Work shall also include all supervision, equipment, materials and labor, temporary erosion control, clearing and grubbing, traffic control, bypass pumping, testing, granular backfill, flowable fill, pavement restoration, final grading and seeding, flushing, testing and all appurtenances necessary to complete the work shown in the Drawings and Specifications. All work must be ready for satisfactory and continuous operation, in accordance with the Drawings and Specifications. (*Place Bid in drop box located outside of Room 100.
