The work under this contract includes, but is not limited to, the Archibald Yell Boulevard striping and signage improvements from W. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd to E. Rock St., intersection and signal improvements to the Archibald Yell Blvd. and W. South St. intersection, and intersection realignment of and improvements to the Archibald Yell Blvd., S. Bidders shall be qualified to do business and licensed in accordance with all applicable laws of the state and local governments where the Project is located. Each bid shall be accompanied by a cashiers check from a bank doing business in the State of Arkansas or a corporate bid bond in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the amount bid. A one hundred percent (100%) performance and payment bond is required with the contract awarded. A State of Arkansas Contractors License is required for all bidders and license shall be valid at the time of bid deadline.
