The City of Fayetteville is accepting bids from properly licensed professionals to bid on quarterly asphalt materials. Any questions concerning the bidding process should be directed to Amanda Beilfuss, City of Fayetteville Sr. Purchasing Agent, at abeilfuss@fayetteville-ar.gov or by calling (479) 575-8220. Pursuant to Arkansas Code Annotated 22-9-203 The City of Fayetteville encourages all qualified small, minority and women business enterprises to bid on and receive contracts for goods, services, and construction. Also, City of Fayetteville encourages all general contractors to subcontract portions of their contract to qualified small, minority and women business enterprises. The City of Fayetteville shall not be responsible for lost or misdirected bids, or for failure of proposers technical equipment. The City of Fayetteville reserves the right to waive irregularities, to reject bids, and to postpone the award of the Contract for a period of time which shall not exceed beyond ninety calendar days from the bid opening date.
