CDI Contractors, LLC is the Construction Manager for the University of Arkansas Institute for Integrative and Innovative Research (I^3R) project. The new facility will be located at 793 W. Dickson Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701 and will consist of approximately 143,000 SF of space dedicated to interdisciplinary research and research support spaces. The structure will be comprised of structural steel, concrete, and mass timber. CDI Contractors invites all qualified subcontractor and supplier bidders to participate in this upcoming solicitation. A bid date will be established upon issuance of these construction documents. This bid package will include but is not limited to: site concrete, site paving, site furnishings, metal railings, landscaping, metal roofing, membrane roofing, masonry, aluminum entrances and storefront, glass/glazing, weather barrier, metal panels, fireproofing, framing, insulation, drywall, paint, wall coverings, terrazzo flooring, carpeting, rubber flooring, tiling, ceilings, architectural woodwork, interior glazing, laboratory equipment and furnishings, specialties, elevators, metal fabrications, doors, frames, and hardware.
